Administrative Assistants, LLC (AA) is celebrating its 18th year of business with our main office in North Branch, Michigan. We provide quality medical transcription for doctors' offices, specialty clinics and hospitals. Our quality assurance guidelines are based on the AAMT Book of Styles second edition.
With the implementation of HIPAA rules and regulations, AA ensures the privacy of our client records from the start of the transcription process when we receive your dictation through to the end of the process when your finished document is delivered back to you. All our contractors sign confidentiality statements/HIPAA agreements and possess a HIPAA compliancy booklet. All your dictation and patient records are guaranteed to stay in the United States, as well.
We are able to access your dictation through your established system, microcassette tapes, or the upload of your voice files to our FTP site.
We have several options for delivery of your finished reports. You can receive your documents via modem/pcAnywhere, encrypted email, Fedex delivery or FTP site pickup. Reports dictated into our web-based FTP site can be tracked from the point of your uploaded voice files through to the completion of the process when you are able to download your finished documents.
Our experienced transcriptionists are available 7 days a week. They have experience in all medical specialties with emphasis on psychiatry, cardiology and oncology, the hospital basic 4 document types, and radiology.
