Since 2001, ANTHONY F. ARMENTO, CPA, PC, has strived to provide quality, personalized financial guidance to individuals, small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Our services range from accounting assistance and bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation, and compilation of financial statements, to more in-depth accounting services such as financial statement review and audit. We also offer accounting software installation and training, and business advisory services to start-up enterprises and well-established businesses alike.
ANTHONY F. ARMENTO, CPA, PC is in compliance with the registration requirements of the North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners to engage in practice of public accounting in North Carolina, and received an unmodified peer review report during the firm's last review.
Founder Anthony F. Armento (Tony), North Carolina Certification #28771, has extensive experience with not-for-profit organizations and owner-managed businesses, including S Corporations and partnerships, and has worked with individuals in all ranges of the wealth spectrum. Prior to and after forming ANTHONY F. ARMENTO, CPA, PC, Tony was with a large local firm for more than five years, and before that worked as Director of Finance for two large Triangle area not-for-profit organizations. His staff includes one paraprofessional in addition to clerical support.
Tony is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He has extensive experience using QuickBooks software and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Tony was graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, and has a Master of Fine Arts from Yale University and a Master of Accounting from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
