Dr. Paymaun is a Sacramento native who is passionate about making a sincere desire to help people see at their greatest potential. Since graduating from the School of Optometry at UC Berkeley in 2018, he has developed an emphasis in areas of myopia control and custom hard-to-fit contact lenses.
Dr. Paymaun's passion for vision, health and eyewear has led him to a lifelong love of wearing unique glasses and promoting healthy eyesight. Dr. Paymaun attended optometry school at the University of California Berkeley, School of Optometry, where he earned his Doctor of Optometry, OD, Degree. After graduating from optometry school in 2018, he returned to his native hometown of Sacramento to provide eyecare services.
Dr. Paymaun was awarded with Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry in 2020; designated as "FAAO". This is awarded to optometrists who have met the highest standards of professional competence and fulfillment of the rigorous qualifications set by the American Academy of Optometry.
