Janis has been with Ashley & Associates since August 2000. She graduated from Lake Taylor High School in 1993 with a vocational diploma before attending Tidewater Community College for 2 years to study nursing. She received her P&C license for the state of Virginia in 1994.
Janis is the mother to one son and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, jet-skiing, and watching her kids play sports.

ShaCarla has worked as a Personal Lines Agent with Ashley & Associates since 2016. She currently holds her P&C license for the state of Virginia, along with Non-Resident Licenses for West Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
In her spare time, ShaCarla enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, going to the movies, and rollerblading. She has been married to the love of her life since March 2016!
