In my over 15 years of Massage Therapy experience, I have worked in a variety of settings including a multi-therapist clinics chiropractic clinics, Day Spa's and on-site Corporate and private home settings. I am trained in several different modalities, Including Hot Thai Stem Massage, Bamboo Massage and Infant Massage just to name a few. I like to incorporate all my skills in my treatments, offering you the best possible treatment to help combat all your specific needs My passion is Massage Therapy.

I graduated in 1998 from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. My work focuses on Maintenance and Preventative Treatments, as I find, it is one of the most effective and efficient ways of restoring health and balance to soft tissues and combating everyday stresses. I use a variety of techniques during my treatments and always try my best to work within your pain tolerance level. My goal is for you to leave feeling rejuvenated, reducing pain, increasing flexibility and relaxed.
