At Backyard Bookkeeper, we love solving problems. We love knowing that every expense has been accounted for and that all the accounts have been reconciled down to the penny. We love knowing that the system we set up to report daily sales is working and will take little or no further maintenance, because the directions are easy to follow and there is little room for error--even if we are no longer the ones implementing the system. We love looking through financial data and making sure all the loose ends are tied up, away, and into oblivion. You might chuckle over our love of accounting, but just ask yourself: who would you rather have working on your books? Tax Season Deals
Financial Statements from Scratch: If you haven't done anything, and are mainly concerned with getting your taxes filed, or if you have multiple years you want to get done, for a flat fee of $500 per year (under certain limitations), we will put together financial statements for your business that can be used to file your taxes. This is the best choice if you don't have much in the way of records, if you have multiple years to file at once, or if you're just in a hurry to get it done. Get started today!
Regular Services
For most of our clients, a fixed monthly package is best; they receive great service every month at a price that fits their budget. We offer the following services:
Monthly bookkeeping packages include traditional bookkeeping and data entry, financial statement preparation, and monthly consultations with your bookkeeper. Price varies according to the size and complexity of your business.
Quarterly bookkeeping packages are intended for very small businesses, and include bookkeeping and data entry, financial statement preparation, and quarterly consultations. Price varies according to the size and complexity of the business.
Historical bookkeeping is for clients who are behind on their books. You send us your bank statements and relevant information, and we turn them into financial statements suitable for use on tax returns, loan applications, etc.
Quickbooks disaster clean-up--it's never too late to ask for help!
By-the-hour bookkeeping: for seasonal businesses or in other situations where a fixed monthly amount isn't feasible.
