Chris' areas of practice focus primarily on taxation compliance and planning for businesses, fiduciaries and individuals. He also specializes in consulting, providing services such as forensic accounting, business valuations, merger and acquisitions, and estate and exit planning. Additionally, Chris provides litigation support as well as expert testimony in Federal and Fayette Circuit Courts regarding commercial damages, contract disputes and marital dissolution.
