Fred Pappalardo
Fred Pappalardo is a 3rd generation builder/contractor and professional remodeler who believes in the art of old school craftsmanship while embracing today's technologies to create individualized energy efficient living spaces for his clients. Fred's experience remodeling homes of all ages and styles helps him offer creative design solutions often required when merging new with existing construction. Fred has held an unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License for over 25 years, is a Licensed Home Inspector, Registered Home Improvement Contractor, and an EPA Lead Certified Contractor (RRP) and realizes the importance of continuing education in this ever-changing industry. Clients love his approachability, and the positive attitude he carries throughout the remodeling process.
