With over a decade of experience operating heavy equipment, Colt has built a reputation of reliability and strong work ethic. Prior to starting up C3 Excavation, Colt gained his knowledge and expertise through countless hours of training, earning many certificates, leadership skills and knowledge for the trade.

Colt found a talent for operating heavy equipment at a young age being a 2nd generation operator and growing up around his family's farm. He knew he wanted to be an equipment operator after watching his father work with bulldozers and excavators in surface coal mines in Uhrichsville, OH.

Colt and his wife, Molly, have been married 9 years and reside in New Philadelphia. Molly is a registered nurse with passion for caring for others. Together they decided to start a small, family business adventure where they could help their community with excavation projects on the weekends.
