Our firm traces its origin to 1928, when two young attorneys, Thomas D. Caldwell and Carl B. Stoner Sr., became associates for the practice of law. Shortly thereafter, Robert T. Fox joined them and the firm was known as Caldwell, Fox & Stoner. The nucleus expanded in 1969, when Paul Clouser, Richard Kearns, William Caldwell, Thomas Caldwell and Carl Stoner formed the firm of Caldwell, Clouser & Kearns.
In 1987, the name of the firm was shortened to Caldwell & Kearns. Also that year, the firm moved to its present location at 3631 North Front Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Caldwell & Kearns, P.C., is devoted to developing strong personal relationships with our clients and offers a broad range of legal services to meet our clients' needs.
