CARROLL and COMPANY is a full service accounting firm providing tax, bookkeeping, audit, controllership, consulting and campaign compliance services to more than 1,300 clients across a broad range of industries since 1990.
Our client base includes small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, political campaign organizations, medical practice groups, manufacturers, real estate management and construction companies, and many other industry areas with complex tax and audit issues.
CARROLL and COMPANY has been serving clients in the greater Tallahassee area and throughout Florida since 1990. We are a full service accounting firm providing tax, bookkeeping, audit, controllership, campaign finance compliance, retirement plan administration, and consulting services to more than 1,300 clients, with a major emphasis in the not-for-profit area.
The firm is headed by Managing Partner Frederick Carroll III, CPA, along with Tax Partners Abby F. Dupree, CPA and Stephanie G. Zottoli, CPA, and Audit and Accounting Services Partner Kathleen E. Brothers, CPA. All partners are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Eight of our employees are CPAs. We also have a Certified Fraud Examiner and an IRS Enrolled Agent on staff.

CARROLL and COMPANY has received consistently high quality reports under the AICPA's peer review program. This program requires the review of an accounting firm's audit practice every three years by an outside CPA firm. CARROLL and COMPANY has had six peer reviews since its inception in 1990, all of which have resulted in unqualified reports - the best possible result.
