Cebert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was founded by current Chairman and CEO, Royce L. Watkins. The Company was incorporated in November, 1997, for the purpose of acquiring, licensing, developing, marketing and distributing prescription and OTC pharmaceutical products. Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, Cebert has marketed prescription products such as Doral ^®for sleep disorder; Alprazolam Intensol ^TM, Diazepam Intensol ^TMand Lorazepam Intensol ^TMfor anxiety disorders; Methadone HCl Oral Concentrate, Methadone HCl Diskets ^®and Methadone HCl Powder for opioid addiction treatment. Cebert also has products under development with Catalent in Swindon, UK and Mikart, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia.

Currently, the primary focus of Cebert's development and marketing activity is on women's health products. A new website is being developed to feature our women's health products. By September, 2010, products will be available to purchase from us online.
