At Cisco Athletic, our efficient process and state-of-the-art machinery enable us to complete and ship orders quickly. Depending on our workload, we usually ship within four weeks of order placement and can sometimes even do rush orders in as little as one week. When customizing team uniforms using the sublimation printing process, we follow these steps:
- Design
You submit a final design, or tell us what you want and our graphic design staff makes it happen. - Art Setup
If your design is not printer-ready, then our sublimation artists prepare your design for digital printing by resizing it to fit the uniform templates. - Sublimation Paper Printing
Using heat-sensitive dyes, your design is printed onto special transfer paper via the MimakI JV300, a technologically advanced, high-speed, integrated wide-format printer/cutter. This machine produces the sharp, vivid images that are the hallmark of sublimation printing. - Sublimation Transfer to Fabric
Cisco utilizes the Practix roller, a state-of-the-art sublimation transfer machine, to transfer the paper image to your white fabric using consistent, even heat. The printed image is now an integral part of the fabric, not merely a design on the surface.
