Established in 1989, Design Innovations Architects, Inc. was founded by Faris Eid, AIA, upon his relocation from Atlanta to Knoxville. Mr. Eid applied his experience in designing and managing large complex projects to developing his own firm, and he quickly established a reputation for delivering exceptional work, excellence through service and design, and client satisfaction.
As demand for Design Innovations' architecture services grew through referrals and repeat client commissions, the firm steadily expanded and continued to increase the size of its professional staff. In 2005, the firm's growth and planned expansion needs led to the development of its new state of the art office space in Downtown Knoxville.
