Dr. Frank Oglesby is a Kingsport native. He graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School, received his bachelor's degree from Maryville College, and doctorate from Southern College of Optometry.
He holds a patent for an eye examination device. Dr. Oglesby began practice in 1984 when he assumed the practice of Dr. Paul Tosh, a long-time Practitioner in Kingsport.
Construction of his new office was completed in March of 2010. The new state of the art building is situated across the parking lot from the original location. The much larger facility allows him and his staff to provide a new level of patient care.
