Eckert Wordell Architecture(EW)
EW was founded in 1984 by Jeff Eckert and Rick Wordell. David Jarl joined the firm in 1989. These three principals along with two associates form the leadership team at EW. At the beginning of 2009, EW combined engineering with West-Tech and formed E2W Engineering. We provide a full and integrated range of design services, including architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering, interior design, and consulting services.
In our 26 years of business, EW has completed a wide range of projects, varying in size and complexity. Our experience includes municipal, health care, commercial, and industrial work and has encompassed new facilities, building additions, and interior and exterior improvements alike. While our role is typically that of lead designer, we provide a full range of architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering, interior design, and consulting services, allowing us to customize our involvement to fit each client's individual goals. This diversity has led to projects all across the country as well as in our hometown of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
