Eikill & Schilling Ltd. is a consulting and certified public accounting firm that has been in existence for over 110 years. The firm was started in 1898 as the James S. Matteson Co. Four name changes and over a century later, E&S is still anticipating its clients' needs. We pride ourselves on being a full-service CPA firm, as well as an up-to-date consulting firm.

Located in the heart of downtown Duluth and Cloquet, we are the largest locally-owned CPA firm in northeastern Minnesota. With six partners and a total staff of over 30, we offer a team-oriented, client-focused environment encouraging leadership, initiative and creativity. Our diversified client base consists of highly successful privately-held companies in a variety of industries, as well as not-for-profit organizations, governmental entities and individuals. We provide services in the areas of tax, accounting, auditing, management advisory and business consulting services.

Dean R. Ager, CPA - President

Mr. Ager is a principal of the firm and has over thirty-five years' experience in public accounting. Mr. Ager practices in the areas of auditing, tax, and management services. Mr. Ager is a graduate of St. Cloud State College. Mr. Ager participates in many civic and professional activities.
