Early Learners Children's Academy (ELCA Preschool) is a locally owned preschool and child care provider with three San Diego locations: Mira Mesa, Old Town, and Mission Valley. Since 1997, we've provided high-quality child care, infant care, and daycare with experienced, credentialed staff, an academically based curriculum, custom safety procedures, and ongoing staff training to ensure your child's growth and well-being. Our programs support children from 6 weeks to 5 years, focusing on key developmental stages. We believe the first five years are critical for building strong foundations in learning, social skills, and emotional growth. We are always looking for enthusiastic, hard working and qualified staff members to join our staff. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 ECE units in Child Development. Infant/Toddler units and experience in a preschool setting is a plus but not required. CPR/First Aid certified and TB test are required. Full, Part-time and Substitute positions available.

One of the earliest goals for Early Learners Children's Academy/Scripps Ranch Preschool was to offer high quality childcare services to families throughout the community.
