In early 2010 Elements IV Interiors transitioned its ownership as part of its succession plan, Mark Williams; the companies COO took over as majority owner, President and CEO. Kim Duncan, Founding Partner and Executive Vice President remains an active member of the leadership team.

Duncan, who started the company with 3 other partners, began with six employees in 1990. Today, over 50 professionals work together to create environments as unique as each customer.
