Trust and relationships are the most valuable currency a professional services provider holds. I respect Clients, whether they are prospects or existing Customers and I strive to create the kind of value that builds and enhances trust.
Vision and Commitment
My Firm is built around four cornerstones that describe my approach to every Client relationship-Efficiency, Integrity, Proficiency, and Reliability. Clients expect nothing less from their Accountants and Tax Professionals. Every Client and engagement is different and most often evolve over time. I pride myself in being able to handle many Clients with multiple, shifting priorities under difficult circumstances-my Project Management background came in handy! I read people and situations very well, so I can quickly target what needs to be done and how best to communicate complex Accounting or Tax matters so Clients understand the value in what they're getting. Whether it's a straightforward tax engagement or complex compliance issue, I use plain language and Accounting or Tax Practitioners should do the same. Accounting and Tax Practitioners in small practices will often be asked to help Clients with problems outside their immediate areas of expertise. Clients look to their Accountants for their business savvy and I seize these opportunities to guide, assist or lead.
