Samuel E. Thomas is a 2010 graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Political Science. He is also a 2012 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa. He was admitted into the practice of law in June of 2013. Samuel E. Thomas is a fourth generation small business owner in the Athens, Georgia area. He is admitted to all State and Superior Courts throughout the state of Georgia along with the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. Al Fargione is an experienced civil and criminal litigator, having represented clients in high stakes civil and criminal litigation in State, Superior, and Federal Courts across Georgia. Mr. Fargione's experience includes successfully proving an uber driver's innocence after said driver was accused of sexually assaulting one of his fares and recovering insurance policy limits for those injured in automobile accidents.
