Fleming's Salt Lake City is an ongoing celebration of exceptional food and wine, featuring the finest prime steak and our award-winning wine list. Join us for a drink after work and sample our collection of 100 wines by the glass, including 30 selected especially for you by our own Wine Manager. Then stay and enjoy an exceptional menu of steak and seafood, including chef-recommended selections such as the Filet Oscar and the 22-oz. Bone-in Ribeye.

Private Dining in Salt Lake City

Our proximity to downtown and the Salt Lake International Airport makes us an outstanding choice for business dining and private entertaining in the Salt Lake City area. We offer innovative menus featuring a multi-course meal at a preset price, paired with a wide selection of wines. Fleming's features the finest USDA prime beef, aged to perfection and prepared to order. While prime beef is Fleming's signature, we also feature other exceptional entrees and a variety of small plate offerings, as well as generous sides, market-fresh salads, and decadent desserts.

Executive Chef Russell Skall
Assembling and leading a highly talented culinary team of local Chef Partners, Russell Skall has helped Fleming's raise the standard of excellence for modern steakhouses. In addition to our prime steak selections, his contemporary takes on the freshest seafood and poultry, dining options with Small Plates and Bar la Carte menus, and daily housemade fresh breads and desserts, have all set Fleming's menu apart. Russell believes sharing a wonderful meal with friends and family is one of the great joys in life.

Innovative New Dishes
At Fleming's, we continually update our menu with new and innovative dishes. Try our latest entrée of fresh Broiled Pacific Swordfish, truly the "prime steak" of the sea. Or our new Pan Crisped Pork Belly appetizer, savory and satisfying served over glorious goat cheese grits. There's a delicious Heirloom Tomato & Housemade Burrata Salad, a perfect pairing of soft, creamy cheese made in-house daily and juicy vine-ripened tomatoes. And a terrific new Small Plate of melt-in-your-mouth Short Ribs of Beef.
