Assembling and leading a highly talented culinary team of local Chef Partners, Russell Skall has helped Fleming's raise the standard of excellence for modern steakhouses. At Fleming's, we continually update our menu with new and innovative dishes. Try our latest entrée of fresh Broiled Pacific Swordfish, truly the "prime steak" of the sea. Or our new Pan Crisped Pork Belly appetizer, savory and satisfying served over glorious goat cheese grits. There's a delicious Heirloom Tomato & Housemade Burrata Salad, a perfect pairing of soft, creamy cheese made in-house daily and juicy vine-ripened tomatoes.
