FOY Wellness is dedicated to providing holistic mental health therapy and addiction treatment in Agoura Hills through our outpatient and IOP programs. We believe in meeting all of your healing needs and look forward to restoring your ideal quality of life together.Upon admission, our Agoura Hills addiction treatment team collaborates to develop an individualized treatment plan that treats the whole person and that addresses each client's independent needs. Each client's treatment plan is continuously reviewed and adjusted based on progress.Prior to admission into our FOY PHP/IOP, we invite you to come tour our program and receive a free confidential in-person assessment with our Clinical Program Director in order to assess the treatment most appropriate.
