Geenen & Kolean, PC was established in 1988 when Douglas Geenen and Daniel Kolean partnered together to help better serve their clients. Their goal was to be a small business that serves small businesses. Since the beginning, the firm has grown in the services they provide to be able to meet the ever changing accounting and management consulting needs of their clients.

They offer a variety of services to their clients. Services range from bookkeeping, compilations and reviews to tax planning and preparation. They offer management consulting to enable the small business owner the ability to reach his or her own goals.

Geenen & Kolean's clients range in size from small family owned businesses to organizations with 125 employees and annual sales over $30 million. They are well equipped to handle clients in a variety of sizes.

They are active in the business community of Holland. They are members of the Holland Chamber of Commerce, Michigan Association of CPA's, and the American Institute of CPA's.
