Green and Gentry, CPA's started in 2001, as Michelle E. Green CPA, PC, a professional corporation that evolved from a Texas based company, S & P Financial Services founded in 1976. There are two offices now, one in Florida (Green and Gentry CPAs LLC) and one in Texas (Green and Gentry CPA's PC).

Our continual investment of time and resources in professional continuing education, state-of-the-art computer technology and extensive business relationships is indicative of our commitment to excellence. The CPA partners hold licenses in Florida, Texas and Georgia.

Offices are strategically located in two states and are staffed by professionals with diverse experience in accounting, tax and other business disciplines.

Michelle Green

Since starting the public accounting firm, Green and Gentry, CPAS, P.C. formerly known as Michelle E. Green, CPA, P.C. in 2001, Michelle has put much of her expertise to work in serving the needs of the firm's accounting and tax clients. Additionally, she has provided consulting services related to Sarbanes-Oxley internal control reviews, policies and procedures, and loan reviews for other companies.

Antonia "Toni" Gentry

Toni's passion for the Internal Revenue Code and State Tax Regulations gives her a dedication that is unsurpassed in this industry. In order to give her clients the best tax advice, Toni remains current on new, proposed, and even "rumored" tax regulations.

Toni is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Tax Professionals, and the Minorities in Legal Education group.
