We are active members of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, we are an independent member of the BDO Seidman Alliance.
HRBC is a member of the AICPA's Peer Review Program, which requires a quality control document stating policies and procedures for accounting, auditing, and attestation services, and an independent quality control peer review every three years. Each peer review of HRBC has resulted in an unqualified opinion, of which we are very proud. In addition, HRBC is a member of the AICPA's Center for Audit Quality, the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, and the Governmental Audit Quality Center. HRBC is also a registered firm with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
