Harder Services has been providing Long Island and New York City with quality and affordable tree and landscaping services since 1922. Founded by Frank Kenneth Harder, the company has remained a family-owned business for almost 100 years. Frank K. Harder, Jr. ran the business for decades, and passed the torch to the 3rd generation when he retired. He passed away on April 8, 2021 at the age of 92. Today, grandsons of the founder, Hank (Frank, III) and Bill, and great-grandson, Jack, operate Harder Services. The Harder team includes ISA-Certified Arborists, both Utility and Municipal Specialists, a Certified Nursery and Landscape Professional, DEC-Certified Applicators, ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified arborists and a registered Consulting Arborist who provide all levels of professional tree, landscaping and maintenance expertise for your homes and businesses throughout the New York metro area. The Harder name is synonymous with professionalism, superior service, and complete customer satisfaction.
