Founder, Brent Neely grew up the pool and spa industry. He was putting in "volunteer" hours at the store that his great-grandfather when he was a kid. He spent many years working in the chemical lab problem solving and educating thousands of customers how to safely and easily maintain the water balance in their pools and spas. He moved through almost every position in that company. So he understands the pool and spa industry inside and out.
