Dr. Bush and Dr. Snodgrass created the Hypospadias Specialty Center (formally PARC Urology) in 2014. We operate as surgical team on penile birth defects, ranging from penile torsion and chordee to the most severe hypospadias cases. Unlike other pediatric urology practices, we ONLY perform penis reconstructive surgery, and have dedicated our professional lives to improving outcomes in boys and men with hypospadias.
As the only practice in North America dedicated to hypospadias, we have extensive experience with all forms, from primary surgery in young infants to adults who have failed numerous repairs done elsewhere. We have published more articles on hypospadias than any other surgical team throughout history, and we constantly review our results to ensure our patients are receiving the best possible care.
Families have traveled to the Hypospadias Specialty Center from all 50 US states as well as more than 40 countries around the world. In addition, our surgeons teach live surgery workshops and Zoom webinars to surgeons throughout the world to emphasize the technical steps that improve results for these complex surgeries.
