Founded by Teresa A. Lindberg, CPA, ImpAcct Accounting was formed to help business owners realize their potential through providing simple, reliable accounting and reporting.
Most small businesses form due to a great market or product. Which is how it should go. We come in to help it grow by providing a dash of structure, some flexibility and a healthy dose of creativity. Outsourced CFO/Consulting: We assist clients who need project-based, or more strategic consulting completed, like M&A Due Diligence/Valuation, long-term and exit planning, capital needs assessment and raising, and oversight/recommendations for existing accounting and business needs.

Tax preparation and planning: Some clients already have accounting processes in place, and that is okay! We are a registered public accounting firm, and have CPAs on team to help with annual compliance for tax preparation and filing, planning and strategy.

Quickbooks training and support for smaller businesses: Brand new business? Just learning the basics? Every single one of our team members is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor, and can help with your set-up, training, and support if you would prefer to "do it yourself" or "do it with us".
