Inner Haven Wellness provides specialized, evidence-based treatment for eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. We offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents, which is rooted in therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an emphasis on measurable skill development and real-world application. We also provide Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). Our therapeutic mission is driven by the conviction that every individual possesses an inherent inner resource-an "inner haven"-and our role is to expertly guide them in accessing these innate tools for sustained recovery and lasting wellness.
