IZ design studio

IZ design studio, was established in Las Vegas by Zachary Broyles in 2010 as a branch of Robert Franklin Broyles Architecture and Planning (RFBA). RFBA, an award winning firm, was founded in Lewiston, Idaho in 1976. Since 1978, the firm has been involved in varieties of public works projects, educational facilities, and commercial projects with a focus on customer satisfaction. In 2011, RFBA was renamed IZ design studio in Washington State. Today, IZ design studio is continuing 36 years of quality services to the communities we serve with creative and personalized design. We satisfy our clients individual needs by utilizing cutting edge software and up-to-date technology resources. Our experience includes work on tenant improvements, new construction, renovations, restorations and remodels.

We maintain locations in Las Vegas Nevada and Clarkston Washington providing the hands-on personal relationship that all of our clients have come to expect.

IZ design studio is a family owned firm. Bob is involved with the projects in the Northwest in addition to overseeing educational projects. Zach oversees all work in the Nevada office.
