James W. Ebert:
James has 27 years of construction experience. James served as Vice President and General Superintendent for W.H. Ebert Corp. Running large scale underground pipeline projects throughout San Jose and the Valley, James is well experienced in pipeline installation, shoring, rehabilitation and diversions. James also has extensive experience in estimating and project management. James served as the President of EUCA (Engineering & Utility Contractors Association) in 1990.
