Jesse W. Jordan & Co., Inc. is a small general contracting company with an unclassified limited license, #39424. An "unclassified" license covers residential and commercial buildings, water and sewer lines, water and sewer plants and highways. "Limited" means that we can enter into contracts up to $500,000.00. We can design and build your new home. If you have plans that need modifying, we can modify them. If you have already chosen a contractor but still need a set of plans, we will be happy to design your new home. If you are thinking about remodeling, we will be more than happy to talk to you about your project.
Background:
Jesse W. Jordan grew up in the construction business and is a native of southeastern North Carolina. Mr. Jordan started helping his father, a roofing contractor, in 1967. He is a 1976 graduate of North Carolina State University and has been a registered professional engineer since 1985. Growing up and being in the roofing business gave him the opportunity to work on thousands of new and older homes alike. Mr. Jordan obtained his first General Contracting License in 1987. He was incorporated in 1997 and had to obtain a second license. Jesse has designed and built several speculative and custom homes in the Wilmington area.
