Dr. Bitner is a board certified facial plastic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS). He is fellowship trained in both Facial Plastic Surgery and Hair Restoration Surgery. Using the most state of the art techniques in facial plastic surgery, he provides a very natural and refreshed look for his patients.
