A five bedroom, split-level house that is split level with a view of both Powderhorn Lake and Matagorda Bay. The house can be rented three different ways: rent just the upstairs, rent just the downstairs or rent the entire house. No matter how you rent it, you will have access to a 20×20 elevated deck and a backyard large enough for up to four horses.
We are located in the historic Powderhorn neighborhood and offer views of both Powderhorn Lake and beautiful Matagorda Bay.
The upstairs townhouse is great for large families or groups as it sleeps up to six guests. It features a large fully-stocked kitchen, a large dining room with seating for up to 10 people, a large living room with an 85-inch flat screen with surround sound, three bedrooms and two full baths. The downstairs guest suite is great for couples or smaller families as it sleeps up to four guests. It features a fully-stocked kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bath. Both the townhouse and the guest suite include a fully furnished coffee bar, DirectTV with Roku and over 500 channels. The deck is available to renters of either portion of the property unless it is reserved for an event or function.
