Larry A. Jaffe, P.C. is the successor to Bodeen & Jaffe, P.C., a certified public accounting firm formed by Ron Bodeen and Larry Jaffe in 1993. Ron and I worked together at a large CPA firm here in Eugene and ultimately decided to strike out on our own. We practiced together until 2000, when Ron left public accounting; he is still in the area and remains a close personal friend and confidant.

Larry A. Jaffe, P.C. is a public accounting firm. We provide high quality tax, accounting and business services to individual and small business clients located primarily in the Willamette Valley. We seek competitive advantage by providing the highest level of service possible.

We are not a high volume tax return factory. The number of tax returns we produce each year is small relative to the number of employees we have. That's because we try to be a "full service" CPA firm. That is, we provide bookkeeping , payroll, income tax, tax planning, financial statements, QuickBooks consulting, retirement planning and other services. We enjoy working with clients who select more than one of our "menu offerings". We prefer working closely with a relatively small number of clients. We believe that frequent contacts between our office and our clients afford us the best opportunity to provide the comprehensive assistance many of them seek.
