Welcome! I'm Larry Mendoza, a passionate portrait photographer based in Queen Creek, AZ. With over 20 years of experience in portrait photography, I specialize in capturing life's most memorable moments. Whether it's senior portraits, homecoming, prom, weddings, headshots, sports photography, family gatherings, corporate events, grand openings, or real estate photography, I bring a unique blend of off-camera flash and natural light to every shoot.

My journey in photography began in Seattle, Washington, where I grew up. Before diving into photography full-time, I was a hairdresser and owned Lawrence Anthony Salon & Spa for fifteen years in Seattle. This experience honed my eye for detail and creativity, which I now bring to my photography.

I've also lived in Johannesburg, South Africa, Toronto, Canada, and Paris, France, and have traveled around the world. These experiences have enriched my perspective and inspired my work, allowing me to bring a global touch to my photography.

I'm a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and have been happily married for 25 years. My family includes two sets of twins: a nineteen-year-old boy and girl, and two sixteen-year-old boys. When I'm not behind the camera, I enjoy traveling, road biking, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and watching sports of any kind. I also serve as a substitute seminary teacher, which brings me great joy.

Over the years, my passion for capturing the beauty in everyday moments has grown into a full-fledged career. I believe that every photo tells a story, and my goal is to help you tell yours in the most beautiful and authentic way possible.
