Our Firm has one simple goal. We want to provide our clients with the highest level of professional service on a timely basis at a reasonable cost and we place a great deal of emphasis on being accessible to our clients. We recognize the importance of maintaining a very experienced staff. We have assembled a highly-qualified group of individuals who have a wide diversity of backgrounds and experience obtained in public accounting and industry. OUR FEES

We are firmly committed to establishing mutually beneficial long-term relationships with our clients. We recognize that it is our responsibility to maintain fees at a level which is highly competitive, but also enables us to provide the high quality, responsive service to which we are committed and which you expect.

Our fees are based on the amount of time required to complete an engagement at hourly rates related to the level of experience and training of the individuals assigned.

QUALITY REVIEW

The firm recently completed an on-site quality review in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, which was dated September 2009.
