Our Online Family Business began in 2005, as an offshoot of our 30+ year hearing aid dispensing business, which operates all over the Hawaiian Islands.
We wanted to find a way to be able to provide hearing aid batteries and accessories to hearing aid wearers, across the USA as well as to our regular customers in Hawaii, at a much better price than usually sold at Drug Stores and Hearing Aid Dispensing Offices.
Thus, we negotiated large purchases with battery manufacturers, purchased at a fraction of our previous costs and passed the savings on to our customers.
We now distribute to customers worldwide and operate our shipping and fulfillment center 7 days a week, to be able to deliver products to our customers quickly and efficiently.
