Mr. Coach Gilmore comes from a diverse sports background in which he played and received HS County and State athletic recognition for soccer, basketball and baseball.
In addition, Mr. Coach Gilmore was featured in Sports Illustrated, the Faces in the Crowd section, for having a 4 homerun game which ended in a home run cycle - Grand slam, 3-run, 2-run and solo home run shots.
His passion and background in sports cumulated into his first job working in a gym and training clients to improve their fitness.
Mr. Coach Gilmore went on to play baseball at Concordia Collège, one of the top division II baseball schools in the nation at the time. During his tenure, Concordia won the most games in a 4 year period in its history and the team made 2 Regional World Series Tournaments. Eventually, falling 1 game short of making the World Series in both instances.
Today, Mr. Coach Gilmore uses his vast experience to coach and train student athletes in the Long Island, NY area. He diligently works with youth, club, high school and college players to reach their maximum athletic potential.
