M4 Architecture

M4 Architectureis a national Architectural and Interior Design Studio.

Over the past year the M4 Creative Team was awarded (32) thirty-two contracts for the redevelopment of Multi-family Housing Projects in multiple cities across the county.

In August of 2012, the firm was awarded contracts for more than $2.2 million to specify, purchase and install furniture and furnishings for (3) Senior Living Communities in Florida. In 2010 the M4 Creative Team completed both the conceptual design phase and the schematic design phase for a twenty-two million dollar renovation to an existing senior housing complex located in West Palm Beach Florida called Harbour's Edge.

The firm has built a solid reputation based on twenty-three years of experience in both the Senior Housing and Multi-family Housing industries.
