Jeff & Jane Maschino, both born & raised in Sioux Falls and their staff will take care you. NO - there are no sub-contractors doing our jobs. Everyone associated with your project are actual employees, all having worked for us for at least two years, with most even longer. We really know what our specific employees do best, unlike temporary hired sub-contractors.
OUR GOAL FOR YOUR JOB SITE: There's lots of inconvenience having your home become a job site. It's not fun having your belongings out of place, but the staff & crews at Maschino Wood Floors, having done thousands of jobs really know how to make it as easy on you as possible. Things such as sticking to our schedule; not starting and leaving your project for extended periods of time. Our goal is to start early in the week so we finish jobs by Fridays (unless it obviously requires more than a week).
DIFFERENCES: No, we're not the cheapest for the majority of our pricing, nor do we try to be, because we'd have to cut some important corners that are 'just not worth it' to our reputation of high client satisfaction. Is "cheap" what you actually want with all the headaches associated with substandard products and services?
BUDGETS: If we actually know what your budget is, we can then mutually decide just what is most important of the options to you. Various products and services can be substituted to accomodate tight budgets.
