MCG Homes is a custom home builder and remodeler located in Fernandina Beach since 2009. Our customers value our integrity, skill and dedication to clear communication. We stand behind our work and pride ourselves in being able to offer every aspect of residential construction, from new construction to renovation.

After earning both a Bachelor of Music and Master of Music, then spending several years as a professional musician, Sean realized in 2008 that since childhood his real passion has always been real estate and residential construction. From 2009 - 2016, MCG Homes was solely an investment company, buying, rehabbing and selling homes in northeast Florida. However, toward the end of 2016, Sean decided to expand the footprint of MCG Homes by offering the skills of his team to clients. Immediate success followed. ONE HUNDRED client remodels in the first year! And since, demand for MCG Homes has remained high, while Sean and his team focus on the skills his team acquired during their early days - whole house/condo remodels with the aim of maximizing the beauty, value and functionality of a space.
