Mike Sikora - Owner
Mike has worked in the home improvement industry since 1971 when he started working for Reynolds Metals Building Products while attending school for engineering in electronics. Mike began a siding business in West Carrollton in 1973. That successful endeavor has since evolved into Mike Sikora's Dayton Home Improvement Center, which has been at its current location since 1998. Mike is an Alcoa Master Contractor, a VSI Certified Installer and has Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting Certification from the EPA, credentials he couples with a passion for home improvement to generate high levels of customer satisfaction after every DHI project.

- Under the Warranty Statement, the Following is Guaranteed:
- Labor is performed by skilled craftsmen.
- Work performed and materials installed are those that were contracted.
- Products are installed according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Workmanship is free of defects.
- Obtaining Performance Under this Warranty Statement:
Should the installed products fail due to misapplication, Mike Sikora's Dayton Home Improvement Center will replace the affected area at our expense, within a reasonable amount of time. We cannot be held responsible for charges incurred if said repairs are performed by anyone other than a representative of Mike Sikora's Dayton Home Improvement Center.
Limitations of Coverage:
This Warranty does not cover damages or defects beyond the control of Mike Sikora's Dayton Home Improvement Center, such as: settlement or structural defects of the building; hail, wind or other acts of God; vandalism or negligence. Normal maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner.
