Founder, Melissa Shilliday, set out 11 years ago to create a safe place where families could come to rid themselves of head lice. Melissa knew how it felt when she received the dreaded phone call from her children's school and how it can turn a home upside down! Her goal has always been to make the process simple and effective while educating parents on the most efficient way to deal with the rest of the house.
