Pine Point Medical, PLLC is a physician-owned clinic located in Lansing, New York, specializing in adult primary care, infection medicine, and aesthetic services. Founded in 2019 by Dr. Douglas MacQueen and Tess MacQueen, PA-C, the practice offers a patient-centered approach that blends traditional internal medicine with specialized care in dermatology, travel health, and urgent visits. Their services include skin health treatments, anti-wrinkle injections, DEXA scans for body composition analysis, and IV nutrition therapy. With a commitment to accessibility, they provide both in-person and telemedicine appointments, serving the greater Ithaca area.

I am a board certified physician associate (PA) with a passion for medical aesthetics and primary care. Having completed the SDPA dermatology diplomate fellowship program, I bring a wealth of knowledge about skincare to our practice. I love screening patients for skin cancer & treating acne, rosacea, psoriasis and many other disorders of the skin. I routinely prescribe Accutane® and am a firm believer that changing how we look can change how we feel. I am also interested in lifestyle medicine and focus on nutrition, physical activity and stress management which I learned from my continuing medical education at Harvard University. Outside of our clinic, I enjoy engaging in global health initiatives, having volunteered in underserved communities in the rainforests of Peru and Belize.
