Prime Medical Pain Management

We believe that patients should not have to suffer needlessly from pain or other debilitating symptoms. We also believe that responsible pain management can be useful for controlling pain and allowing patients to live full and functional lives. In most cases patients with chronic pain can improve through a variety of modalities. Such modalities include, but are not limited to: non-narcotic medicines, exercise, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, biofeedback, steroid injections and surgery. If pain medication is needed, our providers may prescribe in conjunction with other treatments. Most importantly patients must recognize that the body has great ability to heal itself. We are firm believers in a multi-specialty approach. Our providers work closely with co-treating providers. It is our goal to provide assistance to our patients so that they can be healthy and functional. We do not want our patients to suffer from pain yet we do not wish to contribute to addiction or abuse of medicines. If your treatment plan includes the prescription of a narcotic, we will ask that you agree to the conditions of our patient-provider agreement for management of pain with opioids/narcotics.
