Real Volleyball was founded in 1981, by the Martin family in Los Angeles to provide volleyball
equipment and products to players all over the region.

Kyle Martin, after purchasing the business from his father, moved the business to San Diego and created an online store tomeet the needs of volleyball players around the country.

In 2023, Jared and Heather Johnson purchased Real Volleyball from Kyle. The Johnson's moved the warehouse to Texas to help better serve the nationwide customer base through the website. They also kept a very valuable employee of
the business, Stacy, who is an exceptional volleyball coach and team sales manager.

The Johnson's are excited to keep the family feel of the business while continuing to serve the clients around the country and hope to one day pass the business on to their kids just as Kyle's dad did many years ago.
