Our offices are located aboard the Barge Superior which floats in the Duluth Harbor. The Superior is an award winning historical restoration of a hydraulic dredge built and operated by Zenith Dredge Company. The Superior was used to create, open and maintain shipping channels in Duluth and Superior, as well as harbor and channel work in Knife River, Two Harbors, and Silver Bay, MN. As well as much of the west end of Lake Superior. A tour of this vessel can be arranged upon request.

RCP was founded in 2007 by Rick Impola, Robert Fierek and Maria Giuliani as a Light Commercial Construction and Commercial Industrial Paint Company. Give us a chance to perform your work, as a young Company, we have something to prove and we're sure we can exceed your expectations!

Rick Impola is a 20 year veteran Union Painter seeking to build a regionally focused company and take what he has learned in the field as Lead Man. Project Superintendent, and Key Man for two of the regions leading commercial paint companies and take it to the next level. Rick will be in the field working side by side with you, our clients, to assure a high quality job that is well done and comes in on time and within budget. Your union crew will be hand picked and supervised by Rick.

Robert Fierek brings start up and rapid growth expertise to the Company having twice placed a company on INC Magazine's list of Americas 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies (and not number 499 but # 56 and #123). Bob has experience with growing small companies, purchasing, productivity, finance, creating an innovative corporate culture, sales, marketing and customer relations as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Maria Giuliani gained her first exposure to the Trades while building Union Optical into a chain of three regional optical shops, one housed in the Union Hall on London Road in Duluth. Over a 15 year period at Union Optical, Ms Giuliani came to know many of the key players in the building trades and developed an interest in the construction business. Playing a primary role in selling the Union Optical chain of stores, Giuliani is now focused on managing a Trust. She brings retail, purchasing, planning and customer relations experience to the Company, as well as a vision for growth.

We excell at steel studs, drywall and taping, commercial painting, wallpaper and decorating. We have a strong ambition to expand our Industrial Painting capabilities and grow into the abatement markets. In co-operation with our skilled partners, Regional CP can also provide exterior finishes such as EIFS and Stucco, demolition, framing and interior acoustical ceilings.
